What is Manual Review?

If a contract fails at any point, it can go to Manual Review.

Our Manual Review processes involve Sway Me Good's Quality Assurance team reviewing the contract in detail, to see what has happened.

Here are some common reasons a contract could be in Manual Review:

• Creator did not submit content for approval on time
• Creator did not post content to social media on time
• Creator did not correctly verify on the app that they've posted their content to social media
• Creator has deleted their post on social media, hidden it, or hidden details about their post.

Sway Me Good may attempt to contact you if your contract is in Manual Review, through one or more of the following:

• Email
• SMS
• Phone Call
• In-App Notification

We will attempt to notify you during your contract to let you know about deadlines, to prevent contracts having to go into Manual Review which ultimately delays the contract from completion and delays payment for the contract.

Contact us if you're unsure, do not contact the brand as this will delay the process.
