When will I hear back from the brand?

Brands are notified when they have pending applications for jobs. In some cases, brands want to execute campaigns around the same time. This could mean their initial response can take up to 30 days.

Once a contract starts, if a brand does not respond to your initial media submission within 7 days, it is marked as approved and you can continue to the next stage, posting.

(Remember, if the brand denies the content you've submitted, and gives feedback for another round of content approval, you have a shorter timeline of 7 days to submit revised content).

Having posted your content, and verified it through the Sway Me Good app, pay out should be received within 3 days. This is an automated process, so no more chasing brands for payments!
