There are three possibilities for jobs, which you can view within your job's information area.
- Product sample shipped to you
- Product sample should be picked up by you
- Service (no product at all required to be shipped)
If you're supposed to receive shipping details for the sample, but have not, it could be because of a number of reasons:
- Brand has not yet shipped the item
- Brand has not entered shipping details
- Brand has entered incorrect shipping details
You will not always receive shipping details for the sample, but for the most part brands will provide this. If you're having trouble regarding shipment of your product, please contact us - not the brand.
