The brand has rejected my content, what now?

The brand can reject your content up to three times, and they will provide feedback when they return the content to you.

If the brand has rejected your content, please read their feedback and submit new content.

If a piece of content is rejected more than three times, the contract will go the Manual Review and Sway Me Good will investigate. If the brand's brief and reasonable requests have been met, then the decision of the investigation could be to move the contract to the posting stage. However, if the requirements have not been met, we may send the content back to the creator for another round of revisions, or cancel the contract and refund the brand.
